Becoming and staying fit is all about consistency. You have to be mentally prepared to consistently keep motivating yourself, move, eat well and improve yourself.  Define a long term structural goal for yourself and the rest will follow naturally.

You will start thinking about setting short tem goals to reach your long term goal.
You will be thinking about which training can be applied to reach your goals while having fun at your training.
You will be thinking how your nutrition can help you to reach your goals while eating tasty foods.
You will be thnking about step-by-step improvement, retaining them and measuring your improvements which will motivate you again...

So take some time to 'program' yourself to become and stay fit and enjoying it along the way !
