Maintain a steady improvement rhythm over trying to get fast results to stabilize our gains and improve from there


What good is progress if you can’t maintain it or burn out trying to maintain it ?

We are motivated to train all our lives so we are in no rush. No need for emphasise on quick results that can not be maintained with reasonable effort.

Listen to your body. Your body will tell you when its time to improve. Then it is time to make the improvement and keep it for a while at that level. Improve further if you feel you are ready for it.

Measure your improvements to motivate you again for your next improvement.
